unintuitive under windows, no readme

Hi, I have some problems:
Batch usage example starts with "java ..." which is not found. 
There's no readme file to explain how to install, requirements or use.

My test under win7 didn't delete anything when starting UI putting:
B:\Temp
no target dir
\*.\*
