Move two example gallery entries to how-to guide section #418
Description
The example gallery entries "Creating an Ion" and "Parsing Raw CHIANTI Data" should be how-to guides instead of example gallery entries. Neither of them have any graphical component and the how-to section is a bit lacking anyway. Neither of them have a linear narrative either and thus are not tutorials. Currently, I'm treating the example gallery as a set of tutorials.
