Ember 4 compatibility

The current version does not seem to be compatible with Ember 4.x.

The following deprecations are blocking:

• https://deprecations.emberjs.com/v3.x/#toc_ember-source-deprecation-without-since
• https://deprecations.emberjs.com/v3.x/#toc_ember-source-deprecation-without-for

@Frank3K would you mind opening a PR to resolve the deprecations? That would probably speed things along for whenever @willviles looks in here again.

Due to the incompatibility we've switched to https://github.com/faisalman/ua-parser-js, since we did not need template helper / fastboot support (anymore).

When I opened the issue I took a look at fixing it; it does not seem that hard. You do need to find out since when a specific deprecation was introduced such that you can fill this in in the since property.
