前端文件404

运行跑起来发现好多前端文件找不到：
http://localhost:2016/static/app/common.css
http://localhost:2016/static/app/common.js

参考以下另外一个issues ，有些配置，说明文档里没说。
使用目录下的 nginx.conf ，将 node_port 改成src/common/config/config.js 里的端口（port） 但不能与nginx里的端口一样。
