How does it work?

How do I send inputs, or series of inputs, to the consolle?
I managed to make client.py connecting to the console, but nothing more.

I am also confused as to how it works. I flashed my Arduino UNO R3 and everything and it gets recognized as a controller HID device. But what do I do from here. Also the switch does not connect to it. I think I am missing something.
