FPWD dates are too far in the future #7
Description
"The semantic information model, vocabulary, and serializations will start from the ODRL specifications, developed by the W3C ODRL Community Group." -- 1. Scope
This being the case, the Group should be able to publish FPWDs for everything within 2-3 months of starting; i.e. much sooner than the November 2016 dates in 3.1 Milestones.
