@vtnerd Encountered the same issue again.

It happens during a large resync (5k accounts syncing from 1 million blocks behind). Approximately 500 of these accounts became stuck at random block heights, and the forced rescan fails with this error:

E Failed to update accounts on disk (thrown at scanner.cpp:920): MDB_NOTFOUND: No matching key/data pair found

As in the other issue, what version? Commit? And is this repeatable with your db (i.e. it now happens every scan attempt)?

Every rescan attempt for the stuck addresses throws an error. I have not yet tested this with a new, empty database cause it's not so fast :)

Fetch the most recent "latest" build, and then re-run and print the error messages. It should print a line number in storage.cpp that will help narrow down the issue.
