How can I use tailwind css with the current version?

**What are you trying to accomplish? Please describe.**
I'm trying to use Tailwind CSS with Faststore.

**What have you tried so far?**
I tried installing Tailwind the same way we did in a previous project.
However, I understand that this isn't possible in the usual way.
It seems to only work if we modify the `core` to include Tailwind dependencies and configuration.
