[Bug] No way to use "transitionable" properties from MapLibre

Description

A bunch of Layer properties have the "transitionable" indicator next to them in MapLibre docs. But how do we use them? I can't find a mention of transition (other than viewport/map movement transitions) in docs or questions/discussions/issues. Am I missing something?

I did not look into the transition system in detail, yet, but from what I just learned…

• https://maplibre.org/maplibre-style-spec/transition/ is something global, so that belong into the style that we pass into react-map-gl, right
• and the only mention of property level transitions is in https://birkskyum.github.io/maplibre-style/transition/?utm_source=chatgpt.com which is not the official doc and something old(?) https://github.com/birkskyum/maplibre-style/blame/main/docs/src/routes/transition/index.tsx

So my understanding ATM is, that those properties that have the "Transitionable." earmark in the docs just transition automatically? Or maybe once the global config is there? But it looks like this cannot be controlled in more detail(?)
