Issue: Loading the submission details page takes several minutes

Description

Loading the submission details page takes several minutes for a submission with 20K records (file size 69MB).

Attached screenshot of the page still loading (for about 5minutes now)

Currently, the Lyric endpoint used to retrieve the submission details does not support pagination, a change in Lyric is required to support pagination.
