Describe the bug

This happens pretty randomly, but sometimes the app that I'm using (eg. Chrome, discord, etc) will act as though the taskbar is at the bottom of the screen. I personally prefer my taskbar at the top but it's becoming difficult to have it this way as things like the minimize window button or even the X button are hidden behind the taskbar when the window is maximized. I can typically fix it temporarily but restarting File explorer but it ends up coming back at some point. This happens on 2 different devices that I use explorer patcher with and has only been occurring as of roughly the last 6 months or so.

Expected outcome

The window should maximize assuming the taskbar is on the top of the screen.

Actual outcome

The top of a maximized window will be hidden behind the taskbar as if it is actually at the bottom

Image

Edited the photo to hide sensitive information but as you can see in the screenshot, you can see a part of the desktop background at the bottom. The top of the window is also hidden behind the taskbar
