Not sure.

Describe the bug

On Sept 30th when I used my PC the mentioned "Links" taskbar option (which is incredibly useful) does not provide the drop-down (or should I say drop-up) menu to select from. On my laptop in which I have the same setting I booted up and notice the mention "Links" menu was working properly and then after a short amount of time it would not work and exhibited the same issue as on my PC. I figure it is due to some sort of update since it was working on the laptop (which I did not use in the week prior to this).

Windows 11 Pro
Version 24H2
OS build 26100.6584

Also using current updated Explorerpatcher (May 20th release)

Looking for a fix. Thank you.

Expected outcome

When clicking on the Links ">>" a vertical links menu should extend upward for selection purposes.

Actual outcome
