[24H2] Windows 10 Taskbar Context Menu Language

Describe the bug

1. Updated the system to Windows 24H2
2. Had to change the Windows 10 taskbar of the ExplorerPatcher from “Windows 10” to “Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher).
3. The language of ExplorerPatcher's Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher) Taskbar context menu has partially switched from German to English

Expected outcome

The language of ExplorerPatcher's Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher) Taskbar context menu should be entirely in German

Actual outcome

The language of ExplorerPatcher's Windows 10 Taskbar (ExplorerPatcher) context menu has partially switched from German to English

German will be added to the taskbar in the next release. Also a duplicate.
