Win 10 taskbar not available in W11 24h2

Describe the bug

a report below noted that Explorerpatcher blocked W11 24h2, and the recommendation was to uninstall EP, install the windows update, and then reinstall EP. I have done this; and I get the EP menu when i click "properties" in the taskbar, but several key things are missing, most importantly for me, the ability to add the Quick Launch toolbar back.

Expected outcome

I use the quick launch a lot, and would love to see that back.

Open up EP Properties application, go to taskbar, and set taskbar style to Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher), not Windows 10. We no longer offer more support on the stock Windows 10 taskbar.
