Summary Description

The idea here is after lunch on day 2, we bring everyone together for a short (no more than 15 minutes) introduction to activities they will do with their project teams at the start of the project work time.

I'll cover how to run a standup meeting with their project teams, and an activity where team members identify their own personal learning and working styles. They are then encouraged to do these activities at the beginning of the project work time following this introduction.

Dependencies (things people should know in advance of the tutorial)

• Have identified the most likely project team they will be joining

Technical Needs (GPUs? Large file storage? Unique libraries?)

• Each project team will need whiteboard/markers or paper/pens at the beginning of the project work time to do the activity described here
