Pycharm and BEAAPI

I am trying to install the BEAAPI library in Pycharm, and I am going in circles. I tried pointing to the directory to install it inside of Pycharm. I tried pointing to Github. I tried the terminal. I know it's a little vague, but does anyone have a suggestion?  Thank you!
