MUST have info leading business capability
Similar to the following rule MUST have info value chain and corresponding spectral rule. Create a rule to enforce inclusion of the leading business capability that the API was designed to support, this information is available.
Acceptance Criteria
The info block must have a property called x-leading-capability which must include one of the business capabilities (this information should be captured in LeanIX against the application).
Example error message
Missing or wrong 'info.x-leading-capability', should be a valid UKHSA Business Capability.
