What would you think about Effect? #48

Hello and first of all, thank you for this great library.
What do you think about Effect?
It could be a great fit for its robustness (also with its Schema that could be an alternative to zod).
There is currently a lib that took that direction: confect and maybe it could be great to join efforts to get the best robust convex lib.
I'm eager to hear your thoughts about that if you have time, of course.
