WCAG guidelines in this category:

• Make text readable and understandable.
• Make content appear and operate in predictable ways.
• Help users avoid and correct mistakes.

We don't have interactive forms on the site (except the search bar) so I don't think the third guideline is relevant. "Readable and understandable" has aways been a standard so I don't expect that will be an emphasis of this revision. Predictable appearance and operation is overlapping a lot with the category "Operable" so I thin most of the discussion will be in issue #8
