Rewrite with QGIS DB Manager

QGIS DB Manger would be a more stable software to use and easier than Spatialite GUI for Windows users to work with. The changes will mainly affect the section where we set up the database (make the file, load the data) and the screenshots. The SQL queries should all still work.
