Description
I confirmed this is broken again tonight. You have to play with it a little while to get these black tiles shown above. I also see it broken on 2 different PCs with different OS. To recreate this- open the viewer, go to a place and pick some different years. Zoom around and move a little bit, then go do something else for a minute or so and come back. When you try and use the page again as it tries to load new parts of the map it comes up broken like this.
