Change of DailyMotion policy

The javascript SDK will be deprecated soon: https://github.com/dailymotion/dailymotion-sdk-js
You will need to

• create an account in their Partner HQ
• register and verify your domain
• wait 24 h until they manually verified your domain ownership
• get a key for your domain, in order to load the SDK
• most likely some sort of billing will apply when hitting quota

thanks for bringing this up, i would have never known otherwise! i will probably not update this library.
