Record Can Not Play

Describe the bug
audio messages can not be played (seems to load for seconds, then goes off)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. just click to play any voice message

Expected behavior
I dunno maybe play?

wMicrosoft Edge, Chrome, Safari and already tried like all the other browsers out there
On windows 11, 24H2

Additional Context
network tab:

that one req is probably the first stream-based chunk of the video message (apparently Im just tryna help).

AND

in this failed req here is probably m4s media file, I am sure it's issues with the media streaming process, not network issues

The issue is the media is loading for the first part like the first chunk from the complete file and rest is not loading and goes to the fallback
