Radiogrid button loses active state when created inside different pages in a tab.

Hi all,

I'm experiencing a small issue with Radiogrid. It seams that when I have multiple instances of radiogrid bindings created in different pages of the same tab, the active state of the buttons is only working on the last instance created.

See here the first instance (in the first tab page) :

And here the second instance (in the second tab page) :

I tried the two instances individually and the active state is working correctly.

Of course it's a very edge case but it would be really nice if someone could look into that!
