Compilation issues for thumbv6 targets #24
Description
The issue comes from delog not compiling for targets missing atomics. I could maybe workaround as suggested with portable-atomics, but since not everyone is using delog anyways I think it would be nice to just feature-gate it instead. I made a quick and dirty PoC in adaand00/cbor-smol, now the library works like a charm for my thumbv6 stm32g0. Thanks!
