Improve functionality when phone indoors and stationary #477

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have set to update traccar every 30 m. When phone is indoors and staying for example on the table, the location is inaccurate and varies up to 200 m causing lots of unnecessary updates to traccar server.
Describe the solution you'd like
Google has Activity Recognition API. Add option to traccar client to do server updates only if Activity Recognition status is not still.

Additional context
iOS has similar functionality. Home Assistant Companion app has implemented this as a sensor in both Android and iOS. Adapt your app by understanding what users are doing.
