Minify Javascript from GitHub actions

Currently the minified javascript must be updated manually.

Not only it is not a thrilling thing to do, but more importantly it is difficult to review, if we want to be sure than a pull request doesn't contain a malicious version of the javascript in its minified form.

We should rather delegate this update to a GitHub action to ensure this is really the minified version of the file set to review.

I'll see if this can be prioritized. I have a meeting tomorrow where I can bring this up. This won't be done this month though since I'll be out on Friday until early January
