Reduce amount of Docker volumes

The current docker compose creates 8 docker volumes. Recommended to reduce to 1 or 2.

Many volumes is quite unfavorable when it comes to migration. I dont see an advantage in having so many separate volumes all serving a single docker?

Changing that would be problematic, as a specific structure is needed for the webserver.

Why do you think this is a problem? It doesn't make a different if you copy 2 or 10 directories.
