Console font settings are lost after add the feature packages

Repro steps is following:

1. Run this script. Got the expected console font settings.
2. Add the feature packages (ex. Microsoft-Windows-LanguageFeatures-Fonts-Jpan-Package.cab)
3. Lost console font settings.
