12MHz oscillator cannot connect to any PLL. #33
Description
It is not possible to use the PLL devices with the current board design. The 12MHz jumper on the 3.1 board links the oscillator output to pin 20. Pin 20 is in IO block 1. The PLL devices cannot be linked to IO block 1, only to blocks 0 and 2. I worked around this problem by hard wiring pin 20 to pin 35, which is in block 0, and can connect to the PLL.
