Split getting registration emails into two checkboxes (deletions/registrations) #12831
Description
We have gotten this request multiple times in the last couple months. Basically currently you only get ALL registration emails (deletions and registrations) or none of them.
Organizers do want to get registration email only for deletions so they can handle refunds without getting bombed by 100 emails the moment the competition opens.
The solution is to have two checkboxes.
- Email me when a competitor registered
- Email me when a competitor deletes their registration
