Mi Flora discovery does not publish fertility and moisture definition, see

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Power ON a Mi Flora
2. Set the app with a broker and auto discovery
3. In MQTT explorer only the temperature and luminance is defined into the homeassistant topic

Expected behavior
The 2 messages should be defined as described below:
