Sector 1751 wrong pointing dates

The new sector 1751 has the incorrect end date in the pointing.csv file 2461062.5 but from the TICA images the last observations was on 2461062.9984.

@Nschanche I saw you updated the end time in the csv file. But I was checking the times listed in the SPOC FFIs and these are:

TSTART  =    4063.003600920956 / observation start time in BTJD
TSTOP   =    4063.005915503222 / observation stop time in BTJD

So we're still off by some minutes.
