Replace current closed source font builder and tester and resource generator executables with open ones #10
Description
I know this was already discussed in the discord server but if we can find a way to open up or at most create a new resource generator + font builders and generators that's actually opensource instead of the proprietary one that popcap originally provided.
This way there can be a lot more features and better generation.
And provide an option to use text documents alongside the XML for resource generation.
And be able to put the resource XML or txt wherever we want to instead of using properties/resources.xml.
