Description
Hello.
I have used shaman several times on different datasets before without problem and think it is great.
Currently, however, I am experiencing a problem that I have never had before and that I do not understand. After running the shuffle command like this:
shaman_shuffle_hic_track("/full/path/to/shaman", obs_track_nm="run07_obs", work_dir='/path/to/temp/')
the job runs for a long time and seemingly at the end, throws the following error:
Error in !debug : invalid argument type
There is a track written though, and when I go through and make a score track, I get plots like the attached one where the entire diagonal is high scoring.
One difference with this dataset is that I am using coordinates based on 1kb bins rather that restriction fragment ends, but I cannot imagine how this could explain the observation.
Do you have any ideas for what could be happening here or any recommendations on how to troubleshoot?
thanks!
scott
