[Client] Support workflow plugins

Describe the solution you'd like:

• Make the sync_server core functionalities extendable.
• It should be possible different workflows to be added as plugins.
• They should have access to the uploaded files.
• Each workflow will have to process the files according to the implementation in the plugin.
