Explore e-tuff file conversion into other data formats for data analytics

while working on #311 we should also consider adding functionality to export e-tuff files into other data formats (e.g., parquet, iceberg, arrow feather) in that way we can open up data analytics of converted e-tuff files using other popular data processing tools (spark, polars, data fusion, etc)
