[validation] browserHash changes when Google Translate is disabled

Root Cause

• HTMLAnchorElement.prototype.hrefTranslate (and possibly other properties) disappear when Google Translate is disabled on the browser settings

Workaround

• Enable Google Translate according to the default settings of the browser

Notes

• Should HTMLAnchorElement.prototype.hrefTranslate be skipped as a volatile property in integrity.js:_traverse()?
  • No plan to fix for now
