Merge logs of app and ldk in same files, in chrono order

Should help troubleshoot PROD bugs, best to do this before 1st release.

Also ideally we would use the same logging format in both apps, make sure to sync with iOS on final format.

For readability it's best to match ldk-node's log formatting as close as possible.
