Move menu.json to contentful #274
Description
Right now we have a menu.json file, which can be located in src/data. This file contains multiple entities of the same link. It would be nicer if this could be moved to contentful. This can then be retrieved by a query. Note that this needs a proper refactor of how external links are rendered.
