Dynamic Nav Bar Color

Navbar starts with a black background.

When user scrolls down after the 'SOAR' logo, navbar turns to red

Currently, the navbar would start with the grey colour and transitions to red when reaching the about section. It will also revert when going back up.

However, buttons on the navbar are currently not configured to follow the same behavior and thus, they will remain red throughout.

Lemme know if this is okay or if further enhancement is required.
