Clean up the packages #278
Description
The mongodb_store packages could use some cleaning:
- Remove template comments in
CMakeLists.txtandpackage.xmlfiles - Lint C++ files
- Lint Python files
- Remove Python 2 compatibility on
noetic-devel(?)
This is targeted mainly at the latest version for ROS Noetic.
