minutes showing as "x mago" when column refreshes and post moves from seconds to minutes old #168

hey there,
been noticing with tokimeki that how it renders the minutes element on post time seems to be stripping out spaces or something like that.
easiest if i show an example gif of a post as it ages from seconds old to minutes+.
i assume that it should show "1m ago" not "1 mago".
interestingly after a few minutes all posts that are in the minutes range updates with it rewriting the time to look like "Xm" as shown below
after posts change from "X mago" to "Xm" all posts in columns now continue to render as Xm even if moving from seconds old to minutes old. is some function not getting applied to columns that reformats times and then finally after some time getting applied? If i then F5 refresh the page it will start showing "X mago" on posts again.
noticed this running chrome 142.0.7444.163 on windows, but did check and the problem exists on the most recent firefox too.
did try switching languages in the UI settings (i have it set to lang and interface lang English), tried on several other languages.
please let me know if more info needed.
