404 URL for the locking pads

The locking pads, e.g. 1x09_P2.54mm_Locking and all of the other pin count parts reference a URL that is no longer on the Sparkfun site. I looked exhaustively through the site and content is missing. This is unfortunate because it references Pete Lewis's logic and design process.

Two issues with the missing URL:

1. It renders the references in KiCad all 404.
2. The content on the site should be made available because it is useful for these parts and because users have contributed comments on that page that may be helpful to others.
