[Proposed Feature] Organization images / profile photos

**Description of Feature:** Currently, there is no way for an organization to have a profile photo! This is low-hanging fruit to get logos on our site.

**What value is this feature adding to Source Cooperative?** Logos are important. Having logos of the amazing orgs that we have on Source already will help us promote Source in a more effective manner.
