Got my keys but none of them want to work, SOLO2 CLI cant see them either

I got my keys today, and was excited to set them up. So far i have not been able to get anything to work on them.

Windows hello and chrome both tell me to 'Interact' with the device and i see the LED change colour slightly when I touch it but then nothing happens on the PC, it eventually times out and says I cannot use this device. I have tried two different computers with the same outcome.

I installed the SOLO 2 CLI to see if that would give me any clues

Running 'solo2 list' just sits idle forever whether I touch the keys or not
Running 'solo2 app admin uuid' I get Error: Empty list of Solo 2 devices
Running 'solo2 update' i get Error: Empty list of Solo 2 devices

In device manager I can see the two keys both show up as smart card readers showing the VID 1209 / PID BEEE which should mean its online in regular mode and not in boot loader

Not sure what else i should be trying or if there is some other driver I need to have installed on the PC but the PC does see it and recognizes it as a 2FA device it just wont let me use it at all. Everything was built from the most recent versions as of March 8 2022 from the website. Its like the keys are there but not talking properly.

what sometimes helps is to just touch it over and over

so running CLI as admin worked to see the devices. I tried update and it fetched firmware version 1:20200101.9

There was no change in behavior on trying to get anything to see activate with the keys. Same behavior, windows asks me to interact with the device. I touch it and the led changes color, but then it times out. Tried touching repeatedly and no effect

Yesterday my Solo2 LE (secure version) arrived. I flash the latest firmware with solo2-cli:
Solo 2 my-uuid (PCSC only, firmware 1:20200101.9)

If I copy the uuid in https://s2pki.net/lookup/ I get: Solo 2 <uuid> is a secure device.

The key has a bright green LED, when an interaction is needed (aka touching the golden contacts) the LED remain green but less bright.
In this video the led is breathing green and then became blue during contact. Not happening in my case. But I don't know if it is firmware related. In the video an hacker version is used.

If I try the webauthn.io demo, or adding a key in my Google Account, with the key already inserted into my PC the registration fail. The request timeout and fail.
To make it work i need to plug the key in during the registration/login phase.

I have tried the same key on 3 PC, same results.

Blue on Touch is hacker only iirc. The "darker green" might be yellow rather than green or at least yellow-ish
