Add wiki page for upgrading/migrating solidus versions #92
Description
Our developers have been a bit perplexed about upgrading sites from one version of Solidus to another. It's unclear when and how to do so, and is a problem that comes up often in the site build process. I've started a bit of documentation on the procedure, but it could be more user friendly and needs to include information on upgrading deployed sites.
