Better handle inaccessible files #2
Description
archive currently fails with cryptic htar error message.
INFO: Not readable: /N/dc2/projects/lifebid/code/ccaiafa/Caiafa_Pestilli_paper2015/Revision_Feb2017/to_share/scripts/Gen_fe_structures/MP/MP_run01_conn06.out

error: couldn't archive all files

I think I should check to see if the file is accessible, and if not skip those file from being added to the archive and display some error message warning users about the files that couldn't be archived.
