Touch input is broken on certain Android 14 devices with custom OEM ROMs.

I'm using <GestureHandlerRootView style={{ flex: 1 }}> to wrap my app's main _layout.tsx in Expo Go. On the device Xiaomi Civi 1 (Android 14), both the Expo Dev Build and the packaged APK file result in no touch input—the UI is visible, but nothing is clickable.

However, on the following devices, everything works fine:

Honor X20 (Android 12) – tested with Expo Go, Dev Build, and installed APK
Honor X70 (Android 14) – tested with Expo Go, Dev Build, and installed APK
iPhone 15 Pro – tested with Expo Go, no issues

The Xiaomi Civi 1 is running Xiaomi HyperOS 1.0.12.0.ULPCNXM.
The touch handling is triggered by a component library: @gorhom/bottom-sheet, which uses react-native-gesture-handler under the hood.

Is there any known workaround or fix for this issue?
