Cloning into '.' even when not cloning into .

Just is just a small thing but:

When I issue the command:

`snakedeploy deploy-workflow https://github.com/epigen/scrnaseq_processing_seurat /experiment/temp/scrnaseq --tag v3.0.5`

It reports:

```bash
Obtaining source repository...
Cloning into '.'...
```

But it's cloning into `/experiment/temp/scrnaseq`
